Delete Your Account

How to delete your Wallet by Minute Campus account and everything in it.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Wallet and go to Profile.
2. Optional: tap Export My Data to keep a copy first.
3. Under Your Data, tap Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE and tap Delete.

Your account is deleted straight away, and Wallet starts again from the welcome screen.

By email

If you can’t use the app any more, email wallet@minutecampus.com from the email address you signed in with (for Google sign-in, your Google address), with the subject “Delete my Wallet account”. We confirm it is you, delete the account within 7 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Everything you entered: accounts, records, transfers, debts, templates, categories, labels and settings.
• Your name and profile photo.
• Your sign-in: your email address and, for Google sign-in, the details Google shared.

Nothing is kept. Copies in the server’s routine backups are gone within 30 days. If you were also signed in on another phone, the copy on that phone stays there until you sign out or uninstall Wallet on it.

Only want to delete some data?

You can delete any record, account or category in the app, and it is removed from your backup too. Without an account, Profile → Your Data → Delete All Data empties your phone.
